I recently engaged Portside Shutters to replace some plantation shutters in my home and matching the new shutters to the existing ones. We also installed some retractable fly screens.
I am very happy with their professional and yet friendly service. They are very customer focussed and their pricing is reasonable. A couple of friends who visited my home were impressed with the products and have since engaged Portside Shutters to update their window blinds and shutters. I have no reservation in recommending their service and products to others.

Indira has given us such good service. The cords on our 25 year old Veresol blinds had broken. No trouble, in spite of their age she managed to have them replaced. Secondly, she and Linton were most helpful with choosing new blinds that would complement the older blinds. This was not so simple but the result has been wonderful. They keep to their arrangements and are quiet and competent in the house.

We are thrilled with the Verasol 205 silver screen blinds we bought from
Portside. Once the blinds were installed our electricity bill dropped by $5

I would like to provide feedback about the excellent service provided by Portside Shutters and Blinds.
I had Verosol blinds installed about 18 months ago and experienced a number of issues the final one being that one of the blinds did not go down correctly. I had asked for this to be rectified but the installer passed on the message by phone that I just needed to pull the blind up and down in a certain way (which I didn't understand) and it would fix itself. This was not successful. I had not had a good experience with the installers and decided that I would just put up with the fault.
However, a couple of weeks ago I thought I would seek advice from Portside as they are located near my home and from the very beginning I was really impressed by the quality of service I received. It was outstanding and I wish I had known they were there and ordered the blinds through them.
